Q: What type of software were you using to manage your property?

AW: Before ClockPMS we used a traditional, server based solution.

Q: What made you look for a new hotel management system?

AW: We wanted a new software that would let us not be tied to a place or device, a system that was not old-fashioned in its process.

AW: Clock PMS+ is cloud based and cloud based technology is the way of the future now. It is flexible and adaptable to our growing business.

AW: Our guests and - as important - our employees love to use Clock. It is really easy and intuitive.

Q: Please share 3 things you absolutely love about Clock PMS+.

AW: First, as I said before, the fact that it is cloud based. Second, the ability to manage rates on the fly, which helps us act quickly when we need to change prices and be competitive. And last, but definitely not least, the guest mailing.

Q: Is there something you want us to improve?

AW: Yes, credit card interfaces and payment methods.*
