A: Installable software.

A: We needed a cloud solution with reliable Channel Manager and Self Service Portal.

A: There were few reasons why we chose CLOCK PMS. The main three ones are the seamless connection with guests via the SELF SERVICE PORTAL without forcing guests to download the application. All-in-one cloud-based application accessible from any device from anywhere. With robust RATE control and Channel Manager, we have gained better control over sales.
Q: What has changed for you/your business since you started using Clock PMS?
A: Definitely less administrative work at reception more time for guests (online registration via the Self Service Portal) and less work for me. The result is higher occupancy, higher ADR and RevPAR.
