Now we are growing our team in Munich, Germany and are looking for German Speaking enthusiasts who enjoy solving exciting challenges and client interactions.

Your Role:

Software Consultant is a part of our Support and Implementation team and provides implementations, onboarding training and ongoing support for our customers.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site software implementation - ability to travel and visit Hotel customers;
  • Assist customers during the software adoption period;
  • Communicate with customers and proactively resolve Customer issues;
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of customer service.

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in both German and English;
  • Logical and analytical thinking;
  • Excellent computer literacy;
  • Willingness to learn and obtain new skills and competencies;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in client services will be considered an advantage;
  • Graduates in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or in Hospitality/Hotel Management.
